Moment of Inertia :

of the area enclosed by the curve 𝑟 = 𝑎(1 + cos 𝜃 ).

2. Find Moment of Inertia of circular lamina 𝑥 2 + 𝑦 2 = 2𝑎𝑥 about an axis passing through origin and
perpendicular to the plane of the curve . The density of a circular lamina varies as the square of the distance
of the point from the origin .
