Nomination Guidelines
The 2nd Edition Data Analytics and AI Show 2025 represents the pinnacle of
recognition for excellence in Data Analytics projects and innovations. This prestigious
awards program is dedicated to honoring outstanding companies that stand at the
forefront of the Data Analytics, impacting the whole informed decision-making within
their respective industries and playing a criticial role in data quality, security,
compliance, and the development of data-driven initiatives. These awards serve as a
prominent platform to acknowledge the remarkable individuals and organizations that
are propelling transformative change in the realm of Data Analytics and AI.
RULES TO KNOW BEFORE SUBMITTING NOMINATION
Nomination is open to organizations or companies from all industries with an
office in India
Please ensure that the write-up incorporates all the outlined pointers metioned
below within the length of 800-1000 words, and remains pertinent to selected
categories
Entries will be deliberated by an internal judging committee based on write-ups
and supporting documents
In case specific figures cannot be disclosed, consider sharing diagrams, pie
charts, or approximate figures to illustrate the relevant data
Inadequate write-ups will not be taken into consideration and will be disregarded
Company Participation at the event is mandatory. If it's an individual award, the
person winning the award must be present to collect the award. In case there is a
 no-show of the company / individual at the event, the award won't be declared
on stage and the award category will be nullified
If it's a company category award, the main Tech leader that has overlooked the
project has to be present to collect the award along with the team members
responsible for the given project
Each individual/company may submit a maximum of three (3) entries while filling
the form at once
Each nomination form is valid for one individual's/company's entry only. The form
will be required to fill out again if there shall be another individual/entity
nominating
The submissions are strictly valid for B2C projects
Please Note : All the nominating domain leaders will be eligible for free delegate
passes in case they get shortlisted. The team shall contact them accordingly. However,
leaders who wish to attend the event and do not hold expertise in the respective
domain shall be eligible to get the passes at a fixed cost.

AI Awards Program. There will be one winner per tech category and its corresponding
industry for each sector.

By submitting this entry on behalf of our company
I understand and agree that the awards will be based on the nominations filled
and received with complete details which will then be assessed by our knowledge
partner & the Awards Production Team. The team is set to meet 25 days prior to
the event date to shortlist & finalize the winner in each of the award category. The
POC mentioned by the organization in the nomination form would receive a call-in
case the jury or awards team needs further clarification on the supporting
documents.
