Poster Presentation

Objective: Design a captivating and informative poster that effectively


communicates your research to a broad audience of researchers at a conference or
seminar.

Design Flow Objective (Presentation Format):


A Poster combines text and graphics to make a presentation that
communicates your research. It advertises your research in a catchy and
informativemanner
Typically, a professional poster involves showing your work to numerous
researchers at a conference or seminar. As the viewers walk by, your poster should
quickly and efficiently communicate your research.
After successful registration, participants submit their poster on the Google
form provided on the website before the event's due deadline. All such posters
received will be evaluated by professors and the accepted or shortlisted posters will
be intimated to present a respective measurement (on A2 paper) poster (banner) on
the day of the event physically. The best performers and posters are awarded prizes
and certifications.

• And Other Innovative Topics

Rounds:

Round 1:
• Participants should submit their paper presentation through Google
form
• Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through mails or whatsapp
Round 2:
• The shortlisted candidates must bring a hardcopy of Poster on the day
of presentation.
• And they has to explain about their poster and topic to the judges.

Rules:
1. Participants should register themselves from our website -.
2. A maximum of 2 candidates are allowed per poster (even a single candidate
can submit).
3. Posters should obey the given list of topics and domain knowledge.
4. A poster must be themed well like,
✓ TechnoVidya- Igniting Minds, Fuelling Innovation
✓ YantraYuddha - Battle of Bots

5. Participants must submit their poster using any Photoshop tools like Canva,
Picsart, Adobe Photoshop…etc.
6. Artificially generated posters are rejected and ultimately prohibited.
7. Participants should submit their poster online through Google form at the
time of registration on the website.
8. Posters received through the concerned Google form are only accepted for
further evaluation.
9. The name of the poster must be in the format of their names followed by
their college name.
Ex. ParticipantName_CollegeName.jpeg (prefer .jpeg format)
10. Deadline for submission:
11. Accepted posters will be intimated through their respective mail IDs and
WhatsApp prior to 3 days before the event.
12. All such accepted candidates must present their posters printed at a suitable
size.
(A2 paper) at the time of the event physically.
13. The presentation time is 5 mins and queries for 2 mins for each poster.
