1. What is a slide? Ans: A slide is a single page in a presentation. The information may be in the form of text images, charts, audio and video.

Ans: Presentations can be used by students and teachers in schools to present projects or to teach new concepts. It can also be used in offices to present ideas, charts etc. 3. What is the use of zoom slider on the status bar? Ans: Zoom slider bar on the status bar is used to zoom in (close up view) or zoom out (reduced view) the slide. 4. How do you add a slide in a presentation? Ans: The steps to add a slide in a presentation are 1. Click on the New slide button on the Home tab. 2. Select the slide of your choice from the Office Theme layout options. 3. The new slide is displayed both in the Slides tab and the Slides pane.
5. How do you cut and paste text in a presentation?
Ans: The steps to cut and paste text in a presentation: 1. Select the text to be cut. 2. Click on the Cut command on the Home tab. 3. Place the cursor at the point where you wish to Paste the text. 4. Click on the Paste command on the Home tab.
6. How do you add bullets or numbers to a list in your presentation?
Ans: The steps to add bullets or numbers to a list in the presentation 1. Select the text. 2. Click on the Bullets button in the Paragraph group on the Home tab 3. The text will appear as a bulleted list. To apply numbers to a list click on the Numbering button. 7. What is MS PowerPoint? Ans: Ms PowerPoint is a software used to create presentations.
