I am Mark Joseph M. Mabugay your accredited competency assessor
in EIM NCII.
3. Introducing Venue
Welcome to Malinao School; for Philippine Craftsmen

6. Attendance Sheet
Let’s check your attendance. As I call your name, please present to me
your Admission Slip and ID.
7. Self-Assessment Guide
I have here your accomplished Self-Assessment Guide which indicates
that you know and can perform all the units of competency in this
qualification.
8. Purpose of Assessment
The purpose of this assessment is to determine if you already possessed
all the required knowledge, skills and attitude needed in this qualification
also for recruitment, education or training and employee classification.
9. Role of Assessor
As your assessor I am going to administer competency assessment for
EIM NCII. It is the qualification level with 3 core competencies namely:
 Perform Roughing-in
 Install Electrical Protective devices
 Install wiring devices of floor and wall mounted outlets
10. Context of Assessment
You will be assess through Written Examination, Demonstration, and Oral
Questioning/Interview. You are going to perform all the core competencies
for 6 hours.
11. Tools, Materials, and Equipment
Your tools material and equipment are readily available in our
demonstration area

13. Needs of Candidates
In case you have any health, religious or cultural concerns. Please don’t
hesitate to inform me. Also if anyone here who could not understand
English, please tell me so that I can translate it to you or assist you.
