Sunalign Agri Tech.

A Dual Axis Solar

Tracking System.

Sunalign Agri tech is an advanced device that enhances the efficiency

of solar panels by orienting them to follow the sun's path across the
sky. This technology is increasingly being integrated into agricultural
settings to power the water pumps in the agricultural lands and to
power many more electronic components for advanced irrigation
systems and security systems of the agricultural field.

locations, offering valuable insights into solar tracking technology and potential
for widespread adoption.
Introduction
• Solar panels convert sun rays into electrical current, aiming to maximize the
capture of energy. Two ways to enhance output power from solar energy-based
systems are using efficient photo voltaic cells or using a solar tracker to follow

Why is it important in
solar energy
generation?
A Dual Axis Solar Tracking System is crucial for solar energy
generation as it ensures that solar panels are directly facing the
sun at all times, leading to increased efficiency and improved
energy production.
Need:
• In India, thermal power stations use around 470 million tons of coal in 2017,
causing pollution. Solar tracking systems play a crucial role in capturing
maximum power from sunlight. A new concept for solar detection sensor

Experimental results consistently show that the hybrid solar tracking algorithm
can yield higher solar power than traditional active and chronological
algorithms.
Objectives
• Increased Energy Output: Optimize solar panel orientation to capture maximum sunlight throughout the day, enhancing energy production and
efficiency.
• Cost-Effectiveness: Minimize initial investment and maintenance costs for economic viability.
