Agile Project Management)

General expectations of your role:

q Hold good understanding of IT Project Management concepts, Agile methodology and


should know the basics of Inf ormation Security

q Should have extensively worked in a client f acing environment and worked with
stakeholders f rom all geographies. Should have demonstrated excellent stakeholder
management. Prior Big4/Big3 experience is pref erred.

q Good to have experience on requirements elicitation.

q Excellent analytical and communication skills

q Work independently and as part of a team with other KPMG colleagues at all levels

q Prioritize tasks, proactively raise concerns/questions where appropriate f or priority or


engagement conf lict resolution.

q Must be self -directed and able to manage competing priorities and proactively
communicate when conf licts arise.

q Interact with clients on a regular basis through f ace-to-f ace meetings,


video/teleconf erences and email to understand client’s processes and business
problems

q Strong written, verbal communication skills.

q Ability to multi-task and to work in a f ast-paced environment.

q Identif y industry best practices and implement them in engagements.

Required Qualification/Expertise: PMO/PMP/Scrum along with experience in IT risk


assessment IT Security/Data Privacy/eGRC – Servicenow, Archer, Onetrust, Process Unity,
IBM Open Pages + TPRM, Cyber Security, Privacy, Technology PMO in Technology
Infrastructure, Cloud Deployment, Cloud Security, Data Migration, PMO in Software and Tool
deployment, PMO in Intelligent Automation / RPA, PMO in ITSM/ITAM

Specific Skills:

q Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organization to f acilitate the


seamless implementation of technology solutions and related workstreams based on
applicable SLDC/Agile f ramework.

q Manage the team of solution architects, Business Analysts, integration engineers to


drive the technology implementation based on the def ined and approved project plans.

q Resolve conf licts within the team and highlights issues/risks to the Senior Program
Manager and review discussions.

q Manage the project deliverables, timelines, risks, issues and resourcing requirements.

q Create and project plans

q Work with release manager on rollout or onboarding wave plans

q Schedule meetings with team members to track progress of the project plan

q Schedule meetings with application teams or other stakeholders as needed to work on


project task

q Take meeting notes. Document f ollow-ups. Document risks and issues in project
tracker.

q Track and help resolve issues

q Create weekly status reports as per the reporting schedule

q Provide 2x or 3x status report to leadership, including weekly Cyber program review

q Coordinate internally within the teams (Engineers, BAs, QAs, Operations,


Communications) and externally (third parties, tool implementors etc.) with other groups
on any tasks

q Schedule and lead weekly working groups

q Provide necessary documentation to operations team to ensure o perational readiness

q Should have experience in Risk assessment and application assessment

Certifications:

q PMO/PMP/Prince2/Scrum/ITIL – Must Have

q ISO 27001: Good to have


q CISA/ CISM : Good to have

q CIPT/CIPPE/CIPM: Good to have

q Good to have: Certif ications and work done on related projects
