MIC / Sampling Procedure  to be setup as prerequisite.
Production Version:

BOM and Routing has been assigned to the routing.

Quality Management Master data setup for: Goods receipt from Production order (type 04)

Setup inspection plan: (QP01/QP02)

Lets Start the Production process right from demand to order  to execution

Now Lets put some PIR demand for material ‘40’


Run MRP LIVE
Planned order crated for 04.2021

Covert Planned order to production order

We do not have an inspection lot.

Upon release of the Production order  Inspection lot would be generated.

Release the Production order


Save the order
Change Production order – CO02
Operation of the order and the status of each operation

Lets do the picklist for the production order:
As this has been release/ scheduled

Good Issued to the Order. (picking has been done)

Lets do the Production order confirmation Now:

Lets see the order operation status using co03

Lets try to do the confirmation operation 0020.


(We have inspection lot for this operation)

Prompts you a QM Characteristics of operation 0020 missing.

So, Now lets record the Quality Checks for the inspection lot  RR and UD
QA32  Pull the inspection lot

Lets do the Results Recording:


See the Inspection lot with points, As we had setup in routing for every 25 units we want to do the
inspection of the order.

Lets see the Routing setting for illustration :


Lets continue doing RR for the inspection points 
Lets do this for all the inspection points..
All the Inspection Points valuation has been accepted now.

Lets do the Usage Decision of the inspection lot now

Lets proceed as we are going to confirm the operation 0020 for order later.
UD is complete now.
Lets confirm the production order 0020 operation now.

So, QM  In process inspection for production order (Type 03 is complete now).

Lets confirm the operation 0030 – final operation.

Production order confirmation has been complete.

Now we need to do the Goods receipt to the storage location.


Lets check the current stock of the material ‘40’

MMBE

We have 30 QTY in the storage location.

Lets do the Good Receipt against the production order.

Lets check the stock in MMBE.

The QTY 100 produced should be posted to Quality as we had activated inspection type ‘04’.
We see the stock quality sitting in the production order.

We need to do the RR & UD for this Inspection lot and move them to Unrestricted.

Inspection 04:
Lets do the UD
Lets the stock overview status in MMBE
Stock moved from quality to the Unrestricted use.
