ALLERGEN POLICY

Soliflex is committed to supply allergen free FIBC to its customers.

5 C Policy

1. Committed to ensure that all raw materials/recipes are allergen free and approved by management.

2. Committed to follow exact recipes and are to take approval form management team of any
substitutions or changes to products.

3. Committed to customers informed and obtain their consent for any changes we make to the product
in order to ensure its safety.

4. Committed to provide any product-related information (recipes, procedures, practices, etc.) that the
customer requests.

5. Control measures
 To use only food grade raw material
 Compliances of EU 10/2011 & USFA 21 CFR 177.1520
 Compliances of EC Standard (EC 2023/2006)
 To check chemical test of the product (i.e. Migration Test)
 To clean the machine as per Master cleaning and deep cleaning schedule
 To check bacterial test of product/machinery/manufacturing premises (SWAB Test)
 Good manufacturing practices
 HACCP Program
 Protective Clothing
 SVHC REACh compliance of the product
 Microbial load controlled
 Use of antibacterial soap and cleaning agents
 Chemical Control Plan
