our new lesson today!
- But before that we will have first a game,

LessonPlan|EED119|MJEP|REF
called, "What am I?"

A. (let the students solve a riddles)

I have here some riddles and all you have to

- wow you got the correct answers very good

class,

B. Questions:

- so based on our activity, what do you think

all the pictures are all about?
Yes, Pupil 1? Pupil 1: It’s all about the different types of
landforms, ma’am.

- That’s right. It’s all about the

different types of landforms,
specifically the major types of
landforms.

LessonPlan|EED119|MJEP|REF
Before we proceed to our new lesson, please
A. Engage read this words.

Plateau Hills
Pupils: ( Read)
Mountain Plains

Are you familiar with the Plateau, hills,

mountain, and plains? Pupils: Yes, ma’am!

That’s good to hear!

So who among you here has been the
mountain?
How about in the Plateau?
How about in the plains?
How about in the Hills?

Wow, it’s so nice to see that most of you

have already been there.

So for you how can you differentiate these

landforms?
Pupil A: Based on their physical features.
ma’am!
Very Good!

Now class, I have prepared another activity

for you. So I will divide you into 4 groups
and I will assign you a picture of different
major types of landforms. And answer the
question after.. Each group will choose a
representative to share their observation in Pupils: Yes ma'am!
the
picture. Is that clear?

B. Explore

LessonPlan|EED119|MJEP|REF
A. Questions:
1. What major type of landforms
assigned to your group?
2. What physical features have you
observed with the assigned landform
to you?
3. What is the importance of your
assigned landforms to mankinds?

Group 1 Representative
A mountain:
Mountains are tall, steep areas with a
pointy top called a peak. They give us
water, animals, fun activities, and are
special in our cultures and beliefs.

Group 2 Representative
A hills.
Hills are small, smooth bumps in the land
that are not as tall or steep as mountains.
They help us grow crops, change the
weather a bit, give us fun things to do, and
can be good places to live because they're
easy to defend.
C. Explain
Group 3 Representative
A plateau.
Plateaus are like big, flat tables on top of
mountains with steep sides. They have lots
of minerals, good for farming and animals,
and have many different plants and animals.
They also affect the weather and are fun to
visit.

Group 4 Representative
A plains
A plains are flat areas of land that are great
for farming and easy to build on. It is
important because it help people grow food,
make roads, and have good water sources.

Wow verygood observation class!

So from your activities, you have observed

the different major types of landforms and
it’s unique physical features.

LessonPlan|EED119|MJEP|REF
As you know landforms is a natural physical
features of the Earth surface, such as
mountain, hills plateau and plain.

So mountain are large landforms that rise

prominently above their surroundings,
typically with steep slopes and high peaks.

Hills are smaller elevated areas of land,

usually with rounded summits and gentler (Pupils listening)
slopes than mountain.

D. Elaborate

Plateau are flat, elevated landforms with

relatively level surfaces, often surrounded by
steeps slopes or cliffs.

Plains are extensive, flat, or gently rolling

areas of land with low relief, commonly used
for agriculture.

And landforms like mountains, hills,

plateaus, and plains are vital to mankind as

LessonPlan|EED119|MJEP|REF
they influence climate, water resources,
agriculture, biodiversity, and human
settlements. They provide natural resources,
support diverse ecosystems, and offer
recreational and cultural
Creativity 30% significance.
Neatness 10%
Originality 30%
So again what20%
Effort are the different or major
landforms?
Group cooperation 10%

Very good class. Looks like everyone is

listening and that's the end of our topic today.
Pupils:
Mountain, hills, plateau and plains ma'am!
-Now I want you to find your partner, and
D.Application draw one major types of landforms, please be (Pupils pairing)
creactive. Is that clear?
So here is the rubric for your drawing.

I will only give you 5 minutes to draw, is that

clear? Pupils: Yes ma'am!
(Pupils making task)

Time is up. Please pass you work forward. I

will return this to you tomorrow with your
score.

-Wow all your work amaze me, colorful and

so creative, let’s give yourself 5 claps.
