Counsel to Secure Justice (CSJ) works on access to justice for children and enhancing child protection
systems by integrating a restorative approach. Established in April 2012, today, CSJ’s work spans legal
and psychosocial support to child sexual abuse survivors (since 2013), mental health support,
restorative and access to justice support for children in conflict with the law, and capacity building of
institutional and grassroots child protection stakeholders.
We seek a competent individual to work in our Delhi office, supporting various projects.
Ensure smooth functioning of office includes purchasing and maintaining office supplies,
equipment and materials for programs.
Coordinate finance function with CSJ Finance Manager, coordinate staff advances,
reimbursement and paying vendors.
Establish relationships and negotiate with vendors for materials and services required for
effective and efficient facilities management.
Manage recruiting, hiring and onboarding new staff, and manage annual performance
evaluations.
Manage and create separate files for employees/consultants of the organization
Manage and track employees’ time sheets, leave and benefits.
Oversee travel arrangements for staff and consultants
Catalogue and maintain organization assets inventory, including purchase and disposal of
assets.
Support in logistical organization of workshops and seminars across the organisation’s projects
Maintain and fully understand employee and finance manuals and office policies and ensure
compliance
Assist the Management Committee in effective implementation of the employee manual and
smooth management of the organisation
Oversee administrative needs and logistics for staff training programs
Administrate and fully utilize Microsoft Office 365 for communication, data management,
planning and laptop back ups, coordinate with an IT professional for IT management
Monitor organisation email correspondence and delegate follow up action as necessary
Participate in annual operations budget planning process and ensure good stewardship of
financial resources allocated for human resources and facilities management
Perform other duties as needed by the Management Committee
