Script for Room Service

(GRADE 11 SJP)
Nina: Restaurant department. Good morning this is Nina speaking how may I help you?
Ronan: Good morning, I would like to have a breakfast delivery in my room please.
Nina: Yes sir, but May I know who’s on the line please?
Ronan: Oh, this is Ronan Shakespeare
Nina: Okay Mr. Ronan, may I get your room no. and how many person/s are you in your room
sir?
Ronan: Yeah my room number is 296 and I’m all alone.
Nina: Noted Sir, By the way for your breakfast it comes from three varieties: the continental,
American, and Filipino breakfast. Which would you like Sir?
Ronan: I’ll go with Filipino breakfast
Nina: For the Filipino breakfast sir you have a choice of:
 Fresh fruit juice
 Fresh egg in any style
 Beef tapa or longganiza
 Garlic rice, plain and shanghai rice
 Coffee, tea, hot chocolate

Ronan: I’d like to have 1 serve of fresh fruit juice, may I ask what kind of fruits do you have?
Nina: We have mango juice, pineapple, melon, and orange juice sir.
Ronan: Orange juice please
Nina: By the way Sir, how would like your egg to be doe, is it sunny-side up, scramble, or
boiled?
Ronan: Just sunny side up
Nina: Okay Sir
Ronan: I want beef tapa and also plain rice
Nina: Noted. How about beverage sir?
Ronan: No thank you
Nina: Is this all sir?
Ronan: Yes
Nina: To review sir, you ordered Filipino breakfast for the choice of:
Fresh mango juice
Sunny side up egg
Beef tapa
Plain rice

Nina: Did I get your order right sir?


Ronan: Exactly
Nina: Would that be all?
Ronan: Yes
Nina: By the way sir, if you don’t mind may I ask how would you like to settle your bill or may I
know your mode of payment? Do you want to charge it to your room account or pay it in cash?
Ronan: Charge it to my room account
Reana: Is it via credit card or debit card, via voucher, sir?
Ronan: Via credit card
Reana: Okay Sir, By the sir, your food will be delivered 10-15 mins. Is it fine with you sir?
Ronan: yes
Reana: Okay sir, thank you for calling room service and have a nice day!
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!

Nina:Room service! Good morning Mr. Ronan, I have come to deliver your room service order,
May I come in?
Ronan:Yes, you may
Nina: Excuse me sir, where would you like to set up the trolley or shall I leave the food on the
trolley or transfer it to your table?
Ronan:Transfer it to my table please

(Set-up the table then, Transfer the food)

Nina:Are you ready to eat sir?


Ronan:Yes
Nina: Shall I open the cover of the food now?
Ronan:Yes please
Nina: Presenting your Filipino breakfast with (mention the food wit name) Enjoy your food sir!

(Next, Do the extra service)

Nina: Sir, would you like me to open the curtain to brighten up your room?
Ronan: Yes please
Nina: Shall I switch on the tv sir?
Ronan: No thank you
Nina: there anything else I can do for you Sir?
Nothing, I’m all fine
Nina:Excuse me sir, may I present to you your bill and would you please affix your signature at
the bottom of the bill sir?
Nina:Thank you very much. Excuse me sir, shall I wait for the soiled dishes to be bussed out?
Ronan: No thank you just leave it there
Nina: Okay sir, kindly dial 241 for your assistance. Thank you and hope you enjoy your meal
