Room Service Department : Thank you for calling Room Service Department, This is ______ (Name of server)
speaking, How may I help you?

Guest : I would Like to order a breakfast.

RSD : Can I ask for you Name and your Room Number please?

Guest : Sure! My name is _____, Im from room _______.

RSD : What would you like to order mam/sir? We do have Filipino Breakfast, American Breakfast and Continental
Breakfast?

G : I would like to order for a __________.

RSD : For the Filipino Breakfast ---- What would you like to have? How would you like your Egg to be served? How
bout your Drink?
: For the American Breakfast ---- How would you like your Egg to be served? How bout your Drink?
: For the Continental Breakfast --- What drink would you like to have?

For Filipino Breakfast:

Ask for the type: Depends on the main; TAPSILOG, TOCILOG, HOTSILOG, BANGSILOG

Ask how the guest would like the sides (EGG) to be served: SUNNY SIDE-UP, SCRAMBLE, OMELETTE

Ask for the beverage: Coffee or Hot Choco and JUICE (Orange or Pineapple)

For American Breakfast:

Ask how the guest would like the sides (EGG) to be served: SUNNY SIDE-UP, SCRAMBLE, OMELETTE

Ask for the beverage: Coffee or Hot Choco and JUICE (Orange or Pineapple)

For Continental Breakfast:

Ask for the beverage: Coffee or Tea and JUICE (Orange or Pineapple)

Note: Continental Breakfast do not have any Eggs.

G : (Answer all the question depending on the preferences of the guest)

RSD : Will there be anything else?

G : No that’s all

RSD : Allow me to repeat your order, (Server will repeat the details of the order). Did I get it right?

G : Yes!

RSD : What time would you like it to be served?


G : Around _____ (TIME)

RSD : Where would you like us to deliver your food?

G : In my room, Room ____. (Or it depends on where the guest would like the food be delivered)

RSD : Certainly Mr./Ms. ______. Your order will be served around _____, Thank you for using Room Service Facilities.

G : Thank you.

ROOM SERVICE DELIVERY

Server : (Knock 3x) Room Service.

Guest : Yes?

S : Good Morning sir/mam – This order is for Mr./Ms. ______ of Room ______, one set of _______ Breakfast.

G : Yes please! Come in!

S : Would you like me to set your breakfast on the table or just leave it in the trolley?

G : Just leave it in the trolley.

S : Is there anything else I could do for you?

G : None. Thank you!

S : May I present your Bill Mam/Sir. (Present bill). How would you like to settle your bill?

G : Room Charge Please.

S : Sure! Kindly sign on the bill please.

G : Ok.

S : I will be back in an hour for the soiled dishes or just dial #0 for us to pick up the soiled dishes. Thank and enjoy
your breakfast.

AFTER 1 HOUR

Server : (Knock 3x) Room Service.

Guest : Hello, come in!

S : Excuse me mam/sir, May I remove your soiled plate?

G : Yes Please.

S : How’s your breakfast?

Feedback may vary depending on the respond of the guest. If given negative feedback, PLEASE APPLY L.A.S.T.
If given positive feedback, continue the process.

S : Glad to hear it! Thank you! Is there anything else I can help you with?

G : None! Thank you!

S : Thank you mam/sir have a nice day! (Buss out plate and leave)
