Reflection:
I realized that there are still many things to learn by experience in handling a
classroom because every encounter may surprise you. Classroom management is
very essential in order to maintain harmony inside the classroom. Furthermore,
through appropriate classroom management, the learners will have a clear view of
what is expected of them. Also, the flow of discussion during lectures and activities
will be much organized.
From now on, I am determined to commit in reading the guidelines set by the
Department of Education and in order to align my beliefs and principles as to how
would I handle a class that would create a positive impact. I fully understand that my
ideals might not fit in the current generation and circumstances that is why I am
prepared to adjust my ways and strategies so I can assess myself well as well as I
can impact best results to my learners in the future.
