Scenario: A guest calls a restaurant to make a reservation. The conversation happens between the Food
Attendant (FA) and the Guest (G).

📞 Phone Rings...

FA: Thank you for calling [Restaurant Name] Good [morning/afternoon/evening]! This is [Food
Attendant’s Name], how may I assist you? /Help you?

G: Hi, I’d like to make a table reservation for (date and time), please.

FA: Certainly! May I have your name, please?

G: Sure! My name is [Guest’s Name].

FA: Thank you, Sir! Table for how many persons Sir?

G: 3 persons

FA: Noted Sir! Do you have any seating preferences? Would you prefer indoor or outdoor seating?

G: I’d prefer an indoor table near the window, if possible.

FA: I’ll check our availability… Just wait for a moment Sir, Yes! We have a window-side table available for
you Sir!

G: That sounds great!

FA: May I confirm your reservation details Sir. A table for 3 guests, on [date] at [time], indoor seating by
the window. Is that correct?

G: Yes, that’s correct.

FA: Wonderful! May I have your contact number in case we need to reach you Sir?

G: Sure, it’s [Guest’s Contact Number].

FA: Thank you, Sir! Lastly, do you have any special requests, such as a birthday setup, dietary
preferences, or a specific dish you’d like us to prepare in advance?

G: No special requests for now, just a nice dining experience.

FA: Thank You Sir! Your reservation is confirmed, Mr./Ms. [Guest’s Last Name]. If you need any changes,
feel free to call us Sir!

G: Thank you so much!

Room Service Conversation

Attendant (RSA) and the Guest (G).

RSA: Yes Sir! May I have your room number, please?
