Attendant’s Name], how may I assist you? /Help you?
G: Hi, I’d like to make a table reservation for (date and time), please.
FA: Thank you, Sir! Table for how many persons Sir?
G: 3 persons
FA: Noted Sir! Do you have any seating preferences? Would you prefer indoor or outdoor seating?
FA: I’ll check our availability… Just wait for a moment Sir, Yes! We have a window-side table available for
you Sir!
FA: May I confirm your reservation details Sir. A table for 3 guests, on [date] at [time], indoor seating by
the window. Is that correct?
FA: Wonderful! May I have your contact number in case we need to reach you Sir?
FA: Thank you, Sir! Lastly, do you have any special requests, such as a birthday setup, dietary
preferences, or a specific dish you’d like us to prepare in advance?
FA: Thank You Sir! Your reservation is confirmed, Mr./Ms. [Guest’s Last Name]. If you need any changes,
feel free to call us Sir!

Attendant (RSA) and the Guest (G).

RSA: Good [morning/afternoon/evening]! Room service, this is [Attendant’s Name]. How may I help you?
RSA: Alright Sir, your order is ___. Would you like to add any sides dishes or desserts to your order Sir?
RSA: Ok Sir. I would like to repeat your order Sir. Your order is.. [list of food items] for Room [Room
Number] Is that all Sir?
G: Yes. Please
RSA: Ok Sir. Your order will be delivered to your room within [estimated time, e.g., 30 minutes]. How
Would you like to pay your bill Sir? by cash or charge it to your room?
RSA: Ok Sir!
