Introduction (Slide 1)
Good morning/afternoon, everyone. My name is Aditya Dhyani, a Data
Analyst at Accenture. Today, I'm joined by my colleagues, Marcus Rompton,
The Senior Manager, and Andrew Fleming, The Chief Technical Architect.
We're here to present the findings of our recent collaboration with Social
Buzz.

Project Recap (Slide 3)
Social Buzz is a rapidly growing technology company preparing for an
Initial Public Offering (IPO). Accenture partnered with Social Buzz on a
three-month Proof of Concept (POC) with three key objectives:
 Auditing their big data practices
 Recommending strategies for a successful IPO
 Analyzing data to identify the top 5 most popular content categories on
their platform
Problem (Slide 4)
Social Buzz generates a massive amount of data:
 Over 100,000 posts uploaded daily
 Translating to 36,500,000 pieces of content annually
Our challenge was to identify the top 5 content categories from this vast
dataset, offering valuable insights for Social Buzz to capitalize on their user
base.
Process (Slide 5)
Our team applied a structured approach to achieve this goal:
1. Data Understanding: We immersed ourselves in the data structure and its
intricacies. Followed by Data Cleaning and Data Modeling where we
addressed errors within the data and created a model to organize and
analyze the data effectively. After this, we got into Data Analysis: where We
utilized the model to reveal patterns and trends within the data, and last but
not least, Uncover Insights: where We interpreted the results to draw
meaningful conclusions.
Insights (Slide 6)
Our analysis yielded several key insights:
 There are 16 unique content categories on the Social Buzz platform.

 Animals emerged as the most popular category, capturing 21% of all

content.
 Food closely followed with 19% of content, highlighting user interest in this

domain.
 Technology and Science both hold a 20% share of content popularity.

 Within the "Food" category, "Healthy Eating" stands out at 20%, indicating

strong user engagement with health-conscious content. These five


categories dominate content creation on Social Buzz.
Summary (Slide 7)
To summarize:
 Our analysis identified Animals, Food, Technology, Science, and Healthy

Eating as the top 5 most popular content categories on Social Buzz.


 The high prevalence of "Healthy Eating" content presents a unique

opportunity for targeted marketing and potential collaborations with


relevant brands.
Next Steps (Slide 8)
While this initial analysis provides valuable insights, transitioning to real-
time business intelligence is crucial. This will enable Social Buzz to
continuously optimize its platform and user experience.
Our team can assist Social Buzz in achieving this by:
 Developing a real-time data pipeline
 Building dashboards and reports for ongoing monitoring
 Implementing advanced analytics for deeper insights

We are confident that these steps will empower Social Buzz to leverage its
data effectively for informed business decisions and unlocking its full
potential.
